in spite of ( or, perhaps, because of ? ) the predation the plants in the garden continue to produce...i put down a bit more repellant in place where i found unexpected produce and put things back the way i found them...anthropologists classify horticulture and agriculture as human intervention...sometimes i wonder if we're flattering ourselves about our abilities...
