never say die

even though the two new eggplants i found last week have been bitten off the die hard plants still continue to produce...how many of us could be this determined or intransigent i wonder...many i imagine...of course the tomatoes and peppers are no slouches when it comes to perseverance...they continue to grind out produce as well...just without the level of predation the eggplants suffer...as warm as it is today they have a ways to go but you can see by the panorama that the garden is slowing down...making room for next year.
