close to mid-may and things are getting greener out back...a bit difficult to see but there at=re now five leaves on the teosinte plant in the top photo...not to be outdone the spring wheat in the second is tillering nicely...should be lots of ears a little later in the summer...the third photo is a group shot of spuds up front with alfalfa and winter rye behind...the grape vines are flowering ( fourth photo ) and they are winding through the trees at the end of the patio once again ( fifth photo ) and there's another patch of wild strawberries under the vines..blooms emergent...but no bees to speak of...flummoxed.
an industrial worker and university student (everyone needs a hobby...my hobbies have evolved and, to keep things straight, i have left my formal student career behind for reasons that are too detailed to delve into here...continuing to be a student of life however and not adverse to learning...stasis is death ) sliding down the back side of middle age...a social loner with collectivist leanings...explain that.
