2014 at the iuncg begins

we went to pick up lumber yesterday evening and it made it to the garden about 7:30 this morning along with an assortment of tools and some dedicated people...ellen..rebecca...rebecca's brother...and the garden engineer...i a matter of a few hours the raw lumber was transformed into a cornerstone bed anchoring the garden on its new site on 35th avenue...more work is in the offing...however the "official" start has happened and there is no turning back...more soil to move...another corner bed to build...more ancillary beds to add...plants to plant...the work goes on and it is good...more posts are coming as this develops...anyone who wants to be a part of a community is welcome.
