...and into the light

before i left damien gave me some large containers to work with and so i put some of them to use as soon as i got home...i filled three with compost and brought nine "drops" up from the plant room..three german butterballs ( third photo )...three all reds ( fourth photo ) and three early blue ( fifth photo ) and planted them on the south side of the house out from under the eaves where they can find some rainfall and sun when each is naturally available ...there is ample depth in the containers to "hill" them as the season goes on...if all is good late june or early july will see container spuds on the menu.
