spuds on deck

thirty-four of them...with more around the back...waiting to be planted...soon it seems...some are going to the coach...some are going to my daughters' homes...some are staying here...and some should find their way to the community garden...six different varieties represented here...yukon gold...all red...red pontiac...early blue...purple valley...and ollala...with government spuds to go in the community garden...mashua...yacon...jerusalem artichokes...a tuber-rich diet as summer progresses and the harvests begin to come in...we will eat well...possibly healthy too.
