garden walk VII

the eleventh bed was,unfortunately, planted before there were any soil amendments added...or soil, more to the point...but there are beans, radishes, and cucumbers up and running so we will be side dressing the rows with compost to feed the plants through the season and we will fill the bed after harvest with a rich mix for next season and plant ti with fall green manures...the bottom photo is a wider shot of the garden this morning...this walk did not include a visit to the corner boxes or the arborvitae...all are doing well and there will be a discussion of events in those quarters when i get back tot he garden later this week to do whatever maintenance crops up...more at it comes up.
