more late season growth I
the cucumber wall has seen lusher days and signs of autumn are written all across it...but it still continues to bloom and produce more cukes...relentless dna on the march...more hairy vetch is blooming in the green manure project bed and the yellow peas in the side of the bed i planted fifty-two days ago have begun to produce pods ( i told you they looked alien )..if the frost hold off for a bit i will be able to save seed to grow green manures next season...a dividend of early planting of a fall cover crop.
