in and out

there are still a few things going on under the lights downstairs even as the outdoor season is taking hold...the blue spuds i planted a few weeks ago are looking fairly alien at the moment...i see leaves however that is peculiarly hued chlorophyll...the yacon is slow but it is coming along...it will be another month before it finds its way into the yard for the rest of its season...the onions outside are robust and so are the ones i found sprouting in the pantry..even if they do look like something from a desert...and outside a few of the ramps ( there are a dozen up now ) are preparing to leaf out and feed the bulbs...i am waiting for more to pop up...we will be patient.
