relentless aftermath

i brought the tubers i culled from the community garden home...mostly to compost...however i do want some tubers to use as seed...i don't want the line to die out as it were...so i filled a couple of fairly large containers with compost...and a smaller one in case some hardy soul wants one of these...and rummaged through the bags for some fair sized tubers...some sprouted...some just showing roots...and planted them out back to summer through and winter over to next spring when decisions will be made..they will keep...they are relentless...perhaps i should throw some in a box again this season to see if that unintended experiment is replicable.
